Site Inspections and Audits

CSM will conduct a full property review of existing housekeeping operations and provide you with a detailed report to provide your management team with a comprehensive look at your business from a guest’s perspective.
Long established cleaning programs often become tired over time, which is then reflected by the declining quality in your rooms and public areas and in the cleaning standards and the overall feel of the property.

Detailed audits of the Housekeeping, Public Areas and All the necessary data is collected through observations of the day to day operations within each area and auditing of the guest rooms.
